Dor-o-matic SC 80 Door Closer

• SC80 closers are suitable for interior doors from 30" to 60" wide and exterior doors up to 42" wide.
• SC81 closers are suitable for interior doors up to 48" wide and can be adjusted to meet the ADA accessibility requirements.

Options

• Standard Cylinder - provides hydraulic backcheck control on the opening swing at approximately 70 degress to maximum opening angle.  After door is released, the main speed function controls the motion of a door from maximum degree of opening through closing swing until the door comes to a few inches from the latch.  The latch spped function controls the final closing motion.  All motion control functions are independently adjustable.
• Delayed Action - provides hydraulic backcheck control on the opening swing at approximately 70 degress to maximum opening angle.  After door is released, the delay feature will allow the door to close very slowly until about 70 degress. After 70 degrees, the main speed function controls the motion of a door through closing swing until the door comes to a few inches from the latch. The latch spped function controls the final closing motion. All motion control functions are independently adjustable.
• Full - Nonmetallic vocer fully covers the closer body and unused pinion shaft.
• Slim - Nonmetallic cover conceals closer body but exposes both pinion shafts.  A shaft cover, included with closer, can be installed on the unused pinion shaft.
• Rw/PA - Regular arm with adjustable forearm assembly to accommodate a range of door and frame conditions.  Arm can be mounted hinge sidem top jamb (push side), or parallel arm(using PA bracket)
• Hw/PA - Hold-Open arm with adjustable forearm assembly to accommodate a range of door and frame conditions. Arm can be mounted hinge sidem top jamb (push side), or parallel arm (using PA bracket)
• DS - Heavy-duty, parallel arm that includes a positive mechanical stop and non-adjustable forearm assembly for high traffic and/or potentially abusive installation conditions.
• DS/HO - Heavy-duty, parallel arm that includes a positive mechanical stop and non-adjustable forearm assembly for high traffic and/or potentially abusive intstallation conditions.
• TBWMS - (through bolt, wood, & machine screw pack) - All SC series closers are supplied with fasteners for installation on wood, hollow metal, or aluminum storefront type doors.
