Simplex LP1000 Series Pushbutton Keyless Lock

This Simplex keyless lock is a fully mechanical pushbutton access control with NO electrical wiring, electronics or batteries. This lock is designed to operate surface mounted exit devices.

The Simplex LP1000 can be used with a variety of manufacturer's rim-mounted exit devices. Exit device not included with lock. Complies with ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) standards.

Exterior access is by combination or key override. Egress is by interior exit device and is open at all times.
Weather resistant all-metal construction. Ideal for use outdoors. Designed for high-frequency use. Lock comes with a 2 3/4" long tailpiece to operate exit device from the outside. (exit device not included).

Exit device can have up to 60 degress rotation (either direction). Installation may require recessing LP1000 thru-bolts on inside of door. LP1000 may not be used with mortise design, or with most vertical rod devices. Exit device may be "dogged" without affecting the LP1000.

* Interchangeable /Removable core cylnders are not included with the lock

** Medeco/ASSA/Yale (5 and 6-pin length)  5 and 6-pin Medeco/ASSA cylinders require a special knob spacer (Included in package)
