M68 1200lb Holding Force Magnalock

Application:

1200lb. holding force Magnalock with automatic dual voltage. This model offers a built-in wire access chamber and new bracket mount design for a unique method of installation. Recommended for interior and perimeter doors through which criminals could gain entrance to cause substantial economic loss.

Offset Strikes:

• Available for the M62, M68 or M82 Magnalocks
• Alters the position of the mounting hole by 1/4"

Split Strikes:

• Allow a single M32, M62, M68 of M82 Magnalock to secure a double door at traffic control holding force level

Options and Upgrade Kits

SENSTAT: The Senstat option provides a lock status sensing signal which postitively indicates that door is secure. This inerfaces with acces control or alarm systems and is superior to the commonly used door position switch which indicates that the door is closed but no that is secure. All Senstat Magnalocks use Form 'C' isolated contacts.

LED: The LED extends through the back of the M38 or M68 Magna lock to give visual status of the lock. On locks with the Senstat option the LED will be green when the lock is powered but not secure and red when the lock is secure. Locks without the Senstat option will only indicate green when powered.

Door Position: The DPS Door Position Switch can be used to provide a remote signal indication if the door is open or closed. Typically used for auto relock with an access control system.

ANTI-TAMPER SENSOR: The Anti-Tamper Switch option provides an SPDT switch output that will indicate if the wire access chamber cover has been tampered with or removed. Typically would be connected to an alarm point on an alarm panel or access control system.

Note:

An offset Strike may be required for proper installation of the M68 in aluminum frame door apllication.
