The S200-Series interconnected lockset offers the flexibility of the S-Series keyed lever with the security of a heavy duty deadbolt. The S200-Series interconnected lock provides a moderately priced option for light/medium duty commercial and single/multi-housing applications. From the inside, both the latch and the deadbolt are retracted simultaneously, allowing a true panic-proof exit.

The S200-Series also features Schlages patented door frame reinforcer for the deadbolt, providing an extra measure of strength to the lock. This product exceeds all ANSI A156.12 Grade 2 requirements and is UL Listed for all functions up to 3-hour doors.

* Applications: Single and multi-family residential, office, hotels/motels, and commercial applications. Simultaneous latch and bolt retraction for simple rapid exit.
* Certifications: ANSI A 156.12 Series 4000, 1992, Grade 2. UL Listed for all functions up to 3-hour doors.
* Keying: 6-Pin tumbler with two nickel silver keys per lock.
* Door Range: 1-3/8" to 2" (35mm - 51mm)
* Backset: Adjustable for 2 3/8" or 2 3/4"
* Deadbolt: 1" (25mm) throw stainless steel deadbolt is standard.
* Strikes: Furnished with standard B600-Series and S-Series strikes.

FUNCTIONS:

Single Entrance  - S210 PD - Deadbolt operated by key from outside or by turn unit from inside. Bolt automatically deadlocks when fully thrown. Latch retracted by lever from either side. Turning inside lever retracts deadbolt and latch simultaneously for immediate exit. The lever is NOT key operated

Double Entrance - S251 PD - Deadbolt operated by key from outside or by turn unit from inside. Bolt automatically deadlocks when fully thrown. Outside lever unlocked by key from outside when locked by turn button in inside lever. Turning inside lever retracts deadbolt and latch simultaneously for immediate exit. Latch automatically deadlocks when door is closed.

Classroom - S270 PD - Deadbolt operated by key from outside or by turn unit from inside. Bolt automatically deadlocks when fully thrown. Outside lever is locked and unlocked by key from outside. Turning inside lever retracts deadbolt and latch simultaneously for immediate exit. Latch automatically deadlocks when door is closed.

Storeroom - S280 PD - Deadbolt operated by key from outside or by turn unit from inside. Bolt automatically deadlocks when fully thrown. Outside lever is fixed. Entrance by key only. Turning inside lever retracts deadbolt and latch simultaneously for immediate exit. Latch automatically deadlocks when door is closed.
