The Arrow BM11 is a Grade 1 apartment function mortise lock — Outside lever locked/unlocked by key. Inside lever always free. Deadlatch by closing. Key retracts deadbolt and latch simultaneously — designed for apartment entry doors where tenants need one-motion exit.
Broadway lever on L Rose in 605 bright brass. Fits standard 1-3/4" doors, 2-3/4" backset, field reversible. Conventional 6-pin cylinder included. ANSI A156.13 Series 1000, UL listed for 3-hour fire doors.
