The Arrow BM17 is a Grade 1 classroom function mortise lock — outside lever locked and unlocked by key only. Inside lever always free for egress. This is the standard classroom setup — teacher locks or unlocks from the corridor with a key, and anyone inside can always get out.

Ventura lever on L Rose in 606 satin brass. Fits standard 1-3/4" doors, 2-3/4" backset, field reversible. Conventional 6-pin cylinder included. ANSI A156.13 Series 1000, UL listed for 3-hour fire doors.
