The Arrow BM26 is a Grade 1 privacy function mortise lock — inside thumbturn locks the outside lever, emergency release from the corridor side. Standard for restrooms, break rooms, private offices where you need temporary privacy but not keyed security. Turn the thumbturn to lock, turn to unlock — no key required.
Hastings lever on L Rose in 605 bright brass. Fits standard 1-3/4" doors, 2-3/4" backset, field reversible. Conventional 6-pin cylinder included. ANSI A156.13 Series 1000, UL listed for 3-hour fire doors.
