The Yale MOCN8801FL-612-MELR mortise lock series is designed for uncompromising strength and durability in a range of commercial applications. The 8800 Series mortise locks offer a new measure of security to the door. The 8800 mortise lock series are certified to the ANSI/BHMA A156.13, Series 1000, Operational Grade 1.

Passage lock: For doors that do not require locking. Latchbolt retracted by lever either side at all times.
