The HES SMART Pac III is the in-line power controller that extends your HES warranty from 5 to 10 years. More importantly, it filters dirty power and protects the solenoid from surges that kill strikes early. Plug-in design between your power supply and the strike. If the building has inconsistent power — old transformers, shared circuits, voltage spikes — the 2005M3 pays for itself the first time it saves a solenoid.
