The Von Duprin 6224AL is the aluminum-frame version of the 6224 with dual latchbolt monitoring. Adjustable faceplate geometry for aluminum storefront frames plus two independent position switches. Factory configured as fail safe with dual signal monitoring switch. 12VDC operation. Fire rated UL 10C. For aluminum-frame doors where the access control system requires dual latch monitoring, this is the specific model.
