The Arrow BM20 is a Grade 1 entrance function mortise lock — deadbolt and latchbolt controlled by key from outside. Inside lever retracts both deadbolt and latchbolt simultaneously. A single-motion egress entrance lock for applications requiring panic-proof exit hardware compliance.

Ventura lever on L Rose in 625 bright chrome. Fits standard 1-3/4" doors, 2-3/4" backset, field reversible. Conventional 6-pin cylinder included. ANSI A156.13 Series 1000, UL listed for 3-hour fire doors.
