The Arrow BM37 is a Grade 1 classroom function mortise lock — Outside lever locked/unlocked by key only. Inside lever always free. Classroom security function — cannot be locked from inside.
Hastings lever on L Rose in 626 satin chrome. Fits standard 1-3/4" doors, 2-3/4" backset, field reversible. Conventional 6-pin cylinder included. ANSI A156.13 Series 1000, UL listed for 3-hour fire doors.
