The Arrow BM38 is a Grade 1 classroom security function mortise lock — key locks and unlocks the outside lever from inside the room. This is the lockdown function — the teacher locks the door from the safe side without stepping into the corridor. Designed specifically for active-shooter and lockdown protocols in K-12 schools and higher education.

Ventura lever on L Rose in 613E oil rubbed bronze. Fits standard 1-3/4" doors, 2-3/4" backset, field reversible. Conventional 6-pin cylinder included. ANSI A156.13 Series 1000, UL listed for 3-hour fire doors.
