The QEL9927L-05-F 3 US10 RHR is a Von Duprin 99 Series Surface Vertical Rod exit device with L-05 Lever trim in Satin Bronze (US10/612), sized for 3' doors. Classroom function — Outside lever is locked until unlocked by key, relocks automatically when door closes. UL listed for up to 3-hour fire-rated openings. Electrified model with Quiet Electric Latch Retraction (QEL). Ships less cylinder — order a mortise cylinder separately to match your keyway.
