The HES 1006 is the electric strike most locksmiths reach for first. It handles every cylindrical and mortise lockset on the market, deadbolts included, and the dual interlocking plunger design gives you 2,500 lbs of static hold in fail-secure mode. With 27+ faceplate options, you can match it to Schlage, Corbin Russwin, Sargent, Best, Arrow — basically anything behind an ANSI 4-7/8" prep. Dual voltage 12/24 VDC. Field selectable fail-secure or fail-safe. Non-handed. If you're doing a body-only install, order your faceplates separately — or grab a Complete Pac (CS, CLB, CDB) in 630 finish to get the faceplates in the box. UL 10C fire rated, UL 1034 burglary-resistant, outdoor rated. Five-year SecuriCare warranty, ten with the SMART Pac III.
Finished in satin stainless steel. Includes latchbolt and strike position monitoring for full door status feedback to your access control panel. This unit ships configured as fail-safe (unlocked when power is lost).
