The Sargent 12-8815F-BSP is a fire-rated Grade 1 rim exit device from the 80 Series for 36" openings with Passage function. UL listed for fire-rated openings up to 3 hours.
Black Suede — a textured matte black finish that's more forgiving than smooth black. Hides scratches, fingerprints, and daily wear better than any polished finish.
