The Sargent 12-8844G-ETF-LHR-3 is a fire-rated Grade 1 rim exit device from the 80 Series for 48" openings with Storeroom function — outside trim is always locked, key required for every entry. Push bar always operates from inside for emergency egress. UL listed for fire-rated openings up to 3 hours.
