The Sargent 12-8846J-10B is a fire-rated Grade 1 rim exit device from the 80 Series for 42" openings with Storeroom function — outside trim is always locked, key required for every entry. Push bar always operates from inside for emergency egress. UL listed for fire-rated openings up to 3 hours.
Oil Rubbed Bronze — the 10B finish with a living patina that develops character over time. Popular in boutique hotels, upscale restaurants, and residential-feeling commercial spaces.
