    Product Description

    Concealed vertical rod devices hide the rods inside the door for a cleaner appearance. The trade-off for better aesthetics? The door must be prepped for internal rod routing, and field service requires removing the push bar.

    The Sargent 56-MD8640F-LHR-10B is a Grade 1 concealed vertical rod exit device from the 80 Series for 36" openings with Single Dummy function.

    This device is Left Hand Reverse. Exit devices are HANDED and cannot be reversed in the field. Stand outside the door facing it: hinges on the left = Left Hand, hinges on the right = Right Hand. If the door swings toward you, add "Reverse." Verify your handing before ordering.
