The Sargent 60-8245-WTL-26 is a Dormitory function mortise lock from the 8200 Series — Sargent's flagship commercial mortise platform that's been trusted on schools, hospitals, office buildings, and government facilities for decades. Dormitory function — inside thumbturn controls the outside lever. Key override from outside for maintenance and emergencies.

This one comes with WT Escutcheon, L Lever in Bright Chrome — the high-polish 26 finish that makes a statement in upscale lobbies, executive suites, and retail environments. It shows fingerprints more than satin, but the visual impact is worth it in the right application.
The L lever is Sargent's straight-design commercial lever — clean lines, ADA compliant, gets the job done without drawing attention to itself. The lever that disappears into the building.
