Fire-rated version of the preload concept. The HES 7501 handles those fire-rated doors with warping, smoke seals, or HVAC pressure that binds standard strikes. Cylindrical locksets up to 3/4" latchbolt. 1,500 lbs static, 70 ft-lbs dynamic, 500K cycles. Stainless steel construction. UL 10C fire rated. Dual voltage 12/24 VDC/VAC. Field selectable. One faceplate included — it's not a modular platform like the 7000, just a straight fire-rated preload strike. If the spec says fire-rated and the door has preload issues, this is your only HES option.
Finished in satin stainless steel. Includes latchbolt monitor for door position feedback to your access control system.
