Surface vertical rod devices secure at the head and threshold with rods visible on the door face. The standard configuration for double doors without a center mullion — each leaf latches independently into the header and floor.
The Sargent 774-ETL-12V-LHRB-BSP is a Grade 1 surface vertical rod exit device from the 80 Series with Fail Secure function.
