The Sargent 8224-WTL-10B is a commercial function mortise lock from the 8200 Series — Sargent's flagship commercial mortise platform that's been trusted on schools, hospitals, office buildings, and government facilities for decades.
This one comes with WT Escutcheon, L Lever in Oil Rubbed Bronze — the 10B finish with a living patina that develops character over time. Popular in boutique hotels, upscale restaurants, and residential-feeling commercial spaces.
The L lever is Sargent's straight-design commercial lever — clean lines, ADA compliant, gets the job done without drawing attention to itself. The lever that disappears into the building.
