8500-629 HES Concealed Electric Strike in Bright Stainless Steel
The HES 8500 is the concealed fire-rated strike built specifically for mortise locksets without a deadbolt. Remove the existing strike plate and dust box, install the 8500 — minimal frame modification. Lock-specific faceplate kits are critical here: 851M for Sargent 8100/8200/9200, 852K for Corbin Russwin ML2000, 852L for Schlage L9000, 852M for ACCENTRA 8700/8800, Accurate, and Falcon. Each kit has standard and wide-pocket faceplates for sag. 1,500 lbs static, 70 ft-lbs dynamic. UL 10C fire rated, NFPA 80-07 compliant. Dual voltage 12/24 VDC/VAC, PoE friendly. If you're electrifying a mortise lock in a fire-rated frame, this is it.
