    Product Description

    Rim exit devices are the simplest and most common configuration — the latch engages the strike at the edge of the door. One device, one strike, one installation.

    The Sargent 8815F-ETA-LHR-4 is a Grade 1 rim exit device from the 80 Series for 36" openings with Passage function.

    Escutcheon, A Lever provides outside access while the push bar handles emergency egress from inside.

    This device is Left Hand Reverse. Exit devices are HANDED and cannot be reversed in the field. Stand outside the door facing it: hinges on the left = Left Hand, hinges on the right = Right Hand. If the door swings toward you, add "Reverse." Verify your handing before ordering.

    Satin Brass — the 04 finish making a huge comeback in commercial design. Popular on boutique hotels, upscale office buildings, and any project where the architect wants warm tones.

CVR devices require internal routing channels in the door — you can't retrofit a standard hollow metal door. If the door isn't prepped, go surface vertical rod instead.
