The 9957L-05-F 3 US28 LHR is a Von Duprin 9957 Series Surface Three Point Latch exit device with L-05 Lever trim in Anodized Aluminum (US28/628), sized for 3' doors. Classroom Function — outside lever is locked until unlocked by key, relocks automatically when door closes. Ships less cylinder — order a mortise cylinder separately to match your existing keyway.
Fire Rated — UL listed for use on fire-rated openings. Mechanical dogging is deleted per UL code on fire-rated models. Field-reversible handing.
Pro-Tip from Our Locksmiths: When servicing a 9957 three-point latch, check all three latch points independently. A misaligned top or bottom bolt can cause the whole device to bind. Adjust strikes one at a time, starting with the rim latch, then top, then bottom.
