996L-RV-LHR-US10B Von Duprin Vertical Rod Lever Trim for 98/99 Series in Oil Rubbed Bronze
The 996L-RV-LHR-US10B is a Von Duprin outside trim designed for the 98 Series rim exit device in Oil Rubbed Bronze (US10B/613). Mounts directly to the exit device body — retrofits to existing 98 Series hardware without removing the device from the door.
Outside trim controls entry from the pull side of the door while the exit device handles egress from the push side. This trim is specific to the Von Duprin 98 Series and is NOT cross-compatible with other manufacturers' exit devices.
Pro-Tip from Our Locksmiths: Lever trim on a 98 exit device gives you the option to reenter from the outside with a key or access control credential. If you're upgrading from EO (exit only) to lever trim, make sure the customer understands they'll need a cylinder or SFIC core to complete the install.
