The 99L-KC-12-F 3 US3 LHR is a Von Duprin 99 Series Rim exit device with L-12 Lever trim in Bright Brass (US3/605), sized for 3' doors. Key Capture — key is physically captured in the cylinder when lever is unlocked. Must relock to remove key. Ideal for key management in schools, hospitals, and government buildings. Ships less cylinder — order a mortise cylinder separately to match your existing keyway.
Fire Rated — UL listed for use on fire-rated openings. Mechanical dogging is deleted per UL code on fire-rated models. Field-reversible handing.
