The Accentra B-AU4706LN-626 is a 4700LN Series cylindrical lever lock in the Service Station function with the Augusta lever in a Satin Chrome finish. This is genuine Accentra hardware — the commercial line formerly known as Yale — so locksmiths who still spec it as "Yale" are looking at the right lock. Service-station function provides keyed locking with a visual indicator, common on stockrooms and service counters. The 4700LN is a Grade 1 heavy-duty cylindrical (bored) lockset engineered for the abuse of schools, offices, and healthcare corridors.
