The Accentra B-AU5405LN-605 is a 5400LN Series cylindrical lever lock in the Storeroom/Closet function with the Augusta lever in a Bright Brass finish. This is genuine Accentra hardware — the commercial line formerly known as Yale — so locksmiths who still spec it as "Yale" are looking at the right lock. In storeroom/closet function the outside lever is always locked and key-access-only, while the inside lever always allows free egress. The 5400LN is a Grade 1 heavy-duty cylindrical (bored) lockset engineered for the abuse of schools, offices, and healthcare corridors. It ships prepped for a small format interchangeable core (SFIC), so you can key it into an existing SFIC system without replacing the lock.
