Product Description
The Arrow BM01 is a Grade 1 passage function mortise lock — latchbolt retracts from either side, no locking mechanism. Use these on interior doors that never need to lock — hallways between wings, connecting offices, conference rooms. The mortise lockcase gives you the heavy-duty feel and deadlatch without any lock function.
Hastings lever on L Rose in 629 bright stainless. Fits standard 1-3/4" doors, 2-3/4" backset, field reversible. Conventional 6-pin cylinder included. ANSI A156.13 Series 1000, UL listed for 3-hour fire doors.
