The Arrow BM11 is a Grade 1 apartment function mortise lock — deadbolt and latchbolt controlled independently. Key outside retracts the deadbolt, thumbturn inside does the same. Latchbolt retracts by lever from either side. The standard apartment entry function for multi-family residential — gives tenants a deadbolt and latchbolt in one lockset, one prep, one strike.

Ventura lever on H Escutcheon in 625 bright chrome. Fits standard 1-3/4" doors, 2-3/4" backset, field reversible. Conventional 6-pin cylinder included. ANSI A156.13 Series 1000, UL listed for 3-hour fire doors.
