The Arrow BM13 is a Grade 1 front door function mortise lock — Deadbolt and latch operated together by key from outside. Inside thumbturn retracts both. Built for front entrance doors in residential and light commercial.
Broadway lever on L Rose in 625 bright chrome. Fits standard 1-3/4" doors, 2-3/4" backset, field reversible. Conventional 6-pin cylinder included. ANSI A156.13 Series 1000, UL listed for 3-hour fire doors.
