The Arrow BM13 is a Grade 1 front door function mortise lock — similar to apartment function but with deadbolt throw by key from outside only. Inside thumbturn controls the deadbolt. Latchbolt retracts from either side. Designed for main entry doors on residential and light commercial applications.

Ventura lever on H Escutcheon in 629 bright stainless. Fits standard 1-3/4" doors, 2-3/4" backset, field reversible. Conventional 6-pin cylinder included. ANSI A156.13 Series 1000, UL listed for 3-hour fire doors.
