The Arrow BM17 is a Grade 1 classroom function mortise lock — outside lever locked and unlocked by key. Inside lever always free for egress. The teacher controls access from the corridor side — turn the key to lock, turn again to unlock. The most commonly specified function in K-12 education because the teacher stays in control without going into the hallway.

Hastings lever on L Rose in 626 satin chrome. Fits standard 1-3/4" doors, 2-3/4" backset, field reversible. Conventional 6-pin cylinder included. ANSI A156.13 Series 1000, UL listed for 3-hour fire doors.
