The Arrow BM19 is a Grade 1 dormitory function mortise lock — outside lever locked by pushbutton on inside, unlocked by key from outside. Inside lever always free. The standard dorm room function — student pushes the button when they leave and the door is locked behind them. Key from the corridor for re-entry.

Hastings lever on L Rose in 613 satin bronze. Fits standard 1-3/4" doors, 2-3/4" backset, field reversible. Conventional 6-pin cylinder included. ANSI A156.13 Series 1000, UL listed for 3-hour fire doors.
