The Arrow BM27 is a Grade 1 institutional privacy function mortise lock — both levers always free. Deadbolt controlled by key from outside and emergency coin turn inside. Designed for patient rooms, exam rooms, and restrooms in healthcare facilities where staff needs emergency override access while still giving the occupant visual privacy indication.

Ventura lever on H Escutcheon in 626 satin chrome. Fits standard 1-3/4" doors, 2-3/4" backset, field reversible. Conventional 6-pin cylinder included. ANSI A156.13 Series 1000, UL listed for 3-hour fire doors.
