The Arrow BM27 is a Grade 1 institutional privacy function mortise lock — both levers always free — no locking from either side under normal use. Key from outside overrides the privacy function for emergency access. Used in hospital patient rooms, restrooms in healthcare facilities, and institutional settings where staff needs emergency override capability.

Ventura lever on L Rose in 613 satin bronze. Fits standard 1-3/4" doors, 2-3/4" backset, field reversible. Conventional 6-pin cylinder included. ANSI A156.13 Series 1000, UL listed for 3-hour fire doors.
