The Arrow BM27 is a Grade 1 institutional privacy function mortise lock — inside thumbturn locks outside lever. Outside can be unlocked with emergency key. Similar to standard privacy but with a key override for staff — the institutional version for hospital patient rooms, exam rooms, and facilities where staff needs emergency access.

Ventura lever on L Rose in 626 satin chrome. Fits standard 1-3/4" doors, 2-3/4" backset, field reversible. Conventional 6-pin cylinder included. ANSI A156.13 Series 1000, UL listed for 3-hour fire doors.
