The Arrow BM31 is a Grade 1 storeroom function mortise lock — outside lever always rigid, latchbolt retracts by key only from outside. Inside lever always free. Functionally identical to BM12 but uses a different internal lockcase configuration. For supply closets, mechanical rooms, electrical rooms — any door that stays locked 24/7 with key-only entry.

Ventura lever on L Rose in 626 satin chrome. Fits standard 1-3/4" doors, 2-3/4" backset, field reversible. Conventional 6-pin cylinder included. ANSI A156.13 Series 1000, UL listed for 3-hour fire doors.
