The CD9857L-DT-05 4 32D LHR is a Von Duprin 9857 Series Surface Three Point Latch exit device with L-05 Lever trim in Satin Stainless Steel (US32D/630), sized for 4' doors. Dummy Trim — non-functional outside pull for appearance. Provides a handle on the outside without any latch control. No cylinder required for this function.
Controlled Dismiss — Controlled Dismiss — electrically locks and unlocks the exit device from a remote location. 24VDC.
ANSI/BHMA A156.3 Grade 1 certified. Hex key dogging standard. Factory set LHR, field reversible.
Pro-Tip from Our Locksmiths: When servicing a 9857 three-point latch, check all three latch points independently. A misaligned top or bottom bolt can cause the whole device to bind. Adjust strikes one at a time, starting with the rim latch, then top, then bottom.
