CD98L-DT-03 3 US3 RHR Von Duprin 98 Series Dummy Trim Rim Exit Device in Bright Brass
The CD98L-DT-03 3 US3 RHR is a Von Duprin 98 Series rim exit device with L-03 Lever trim in Bright Brass (US3/605), sized for 3' doors. Dummy Trim — non-functional outside pull for appearance. Provides a handle on the outside without any latch control. No cylinder required for this function.
Controlled Dismiss — Controlled Dismiss — electrically locks and unlocks the exit device from a remote location. 24VDC.
ANSI/BHMA A156.3 Grade 1 certified. Hex key dogging standard. Factory set RHR, field reversible.
Pro-Tip from Our Locksmiths: When quoting 98 rim devices, check the frame for strike compatibility. The 98 uses a standard rim strike, but on hollow metal frames you may need a longer lip strike if the frame rabbet is deeper than standard. Most callbacks on rim devices are strike alignment — get it right at install.
