The CXA98TP 3 26D is a Von Duprin 98 Series rim exit device in Satin Chrome (US26D/626), sized for 3' doors. Thumbpiece Trim — thumbpiece-operated outside trim for keyed entry. Night latch function with thumbpiece activation. Ships less cylinder — order a mortise cylinder separately to match your existing keyway.
Chexit Alarm — Chexit delayed egress alarm — provides a 15-second delay with audible alarm before allowing exit. 24VDC.
ANSI/BHMA A156.3 Grade 1 certified. Hex key dogging standard. Field reversible handing.

The 98 uses a standard rim strike, but on hollow metal frames you may need a longer lip strike if the frame rabbet is deeper than standard.
