The CXA99DT 3 28 is a Von Duprin 99 Series Rim exit device in 28, sized for 3' doors. Dummy Trim — non-functional outside pull for appearance. Provides a handle on the outside without any latch control. No cylinder required for this function.
Chexit Alarm — Chexit delayed egress alarm — provides a 15-second delay with audible alarm before allowing exit. 24VDC.
ANSI/BHMA A156.3 Grade 1 certified. Hex key dogging standard. Field reversible handing.
