The CXA99L-06-F 3 4 LHR is a Von Duprin 99 Series Rim exit device with L-06 Lever trim in 4, sized for 3' doors. Classroom Function — outside lever is locked until unlocked by key, relocks automatically when door closes. Ships less cylinder — order a mortise cylinder separately to match your existing keyway.
Chexit Alarm — Chexit delayed egress alarm — provides a 15-second delay with audible alarm before allowing exit. 24VDC.
Fire Rated — UL listed for use on fire-rated openings. Mechanical dogging is deleted per UL code on fire-rated models. Field-reversible handing.
