The Sargent LC-8239-LNJ-3 is a Classroom function mortise lock from the 8200 Series — Sargent's flagship commercial mortise platform that's been trusted on schools, hospitals, office buildings, and government facilities for decades. Classroom function — the outside lever is key-controlled: unlock for class, lock for security. Inside lever is always free for egress. The lock relocks automatically when the door closes.
