The LD9827DT-US32D-4 is a Von Duprin 9827 Series Surface Vertical Rod exit device in Satin Stainless (US32D/630), sized for 4' doors. Dummy Trim — non-functional outside pull for appearance. Provides a handle on the outside without any latch control. No cylinder required for this function.
Latch Detector — Latch Detector monitors door position — reports latch bolt status to the access control panel. 24VDC.
ANSI/BHMA A156.3 Grade 1 certified. Hex key dogging standard. Field reversible handing.
