The LD9927DT-US10-3 is a Von Duprin 9927 Series Surface Vertical Rod exit device in Satin Bronze (US10/612), sized for 3' doors. Dummy Trim — non-functional outside pull for appearance. Provides a handle on the outside without any latch control. No cylinder required for this function.
Latch Detector — Latch Detector monitors door position — reports latch bolt status to the access control panel. 24VDC.
ANSI/BHMA A156.3 Grade 1 certified. Hex key dogging standard. Field reversible handing.
