The QEL9847L-BE-05 3 313 LHR is a Von Duprin 9847 Series Concealed Vertical Rod exit device with L-05 Lever trim in Duranodic Dark Bronze (313/313), sized for 3' doors. Classroom Function — outside lever is locked until unlocked by key, relocks automatically when door closes. Ships less cylinder — order a mortise cylinder separately to match your existing keyway.
Quiet Electric Latch Retraction — QEL motor-driven latch retraction provides quiet, ADA-compliant remote unlocking. 24VDC power required.
ANSI/BHMA A156.3 Grade 1 certified. Hex key dogging standard. Factory set LHR, field reversible.
