The QEL98NL-F 3 US10B is a Von Duprin 98 Series rim exit device in Oil Rubbed Bronze (US10B/613), sized for 3' doors. Night Latch — outside lever locks and unlocks by key, inside always free for egress. Ships less cylinder — order a mortise cylinder separately to match your existing keyway.
Quiet Electric Latch Retraction — QEL motor-driven latch retraction provides quiet, ADA-compliant remote unlocking. 24VDC power required.
Fire Rated — UL listed for use on fire-rated openings. Mechanical dogging is deleted per UL code on fire-rated models. Field-reversible handing.

The 98 uses a standard rim strike, but on hollow metal frames you may need a longer lip strike if the frame rabbet is deeper than standard.
